Flash Media Server 2 Beta Now Available For Download

Flash Media Server 2 (FMS2), the next generation of Flash Communication Server MX now availaible for download in Free Public Beta Version. This beta version permit unlimited bandwidth and up to 5,000 simultaneous connections, but will expired on November 18. 2005. Well this is great news but to bad this is beta version only available for people in USA, Japan or Europe only

So currently this is not available for me , b'cause I'm residing in Indonesia. But hey al least this is still a good news. FMS2 will come closer

More and more web based video using Flash Video (FLV). Also work for Google Video. I think VP6 codec playing here. Galuh goes to Immunization

Setelah sempat tertunda selama 1 minggu pagi ini Galuh diimunisasi Campak di bidan Kompyang. Menurut orang tuaku di sini pula aku dilahirkan hehehe... Hari kamis yang lalu sebetulnya dia sudah kami ajak ke dokter anak yg belakangan jadi langganan, namun ramai dan karena mendapat urutan yang termasuk lama (banyangkan urutan 10 sudah jam 8 sedangkan Galuh mendapat no. 32) akhirnya terpaksa ditunda. Walau begitu ada sisi lain yg menarik saat sempat menunggu Galuh sepertinya sudah mulai pintar bersosialisasi. Sempat dia bermain bola dengan beberapa bayi yg lain walau tentunya cukup melelahkan ayah dan bundanya karena harus memeganginya berjalan kadang berlarian kecil mengejar dan menendang bola. Pagi yang sempat hujan gerimis hampir saja membatalkan rencana. Saat diimunisasi seperti biasa bundanya tidak mau pegang. Tidak tega. Ya sudah aku yg memegang dan tetap berusaha agar dia tenang. Sempat menangis sebentar saat jarum mencubit pahanya. Namun segara setalah kembali dalam pelukan bunda dia kembali tenang. Hmm sekarang tinggal menunggu agak cemas apakah ntar tubuhnya kuat dan tidak panas seperti yg dikatakan banyak orang sebagai efek imunisasi campak? Smoga tidak.

Flash Media Server 2, Next Version of Flash Communication Server Announced

Since Macromedia announces Flash Propesional 8, I'm waiting when will be the new Flash Communication Server MX will be annouced. Thanks for Macromedia Team, they has annouces for next version of Flash Media Server 2 (FMS2). The new things in Flash Media Server 2 : high quality video with on2 VP6 codec, automatic player detection, quality of service monitoring, authentication, encrypted delivery for ulimated protection, scability with multiple processes and origin and edge servers, backend system integeration supporting also Jabber XML streams and logging. And the interesting part also about the lisence and pricing. The price is start at $4,500 for two-CPU configuration Profesional Edition. • logo should:
            o Attract attention and leave an impression             o Create a look that in unique             o reflect the personality of the company
• Reproduction costs: The more detailed and colorful the logo design, the more difficult to reproduce, meaning a higher cost.
• The size: The prefect logo design will look great on a sign board as well as on a business card or a pen.
• Logo design companies are by the dozen. Take your time, research different companies and designers and compare packages in order to select a logo design company suited to your needs.
• Check your competition. What designs, graphics, and colors do they use? Remember that you need to be competitive.
• Trademark your logo. If your logo is trademarked, this prevents competitors and other third parties from stealing it.
• And last but not least, when in doubt, K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid).

Basic Text Scrolling Bar

Dalam beberapa kesempatan saya sering mengatakan untuk beberapa khasus terutama layout yang unik maka penggunaan component menjadi hampir tidak mungkin. Solusinya adalah membuat component sendiri. Tidak dapat dipungkiri masalah scrolling pada textField sering membuat pusing jika tidak tahu tips dan triknya. Pada dasarnya untuk scrolling pada textField tentu tidak bisa lepas dari textField class yg berhubungan dengan scrolling antara lain: textField.scroll, textField.hscroll, textField.maxscroll serta textField.maxhscroll. Berikut ini contoh scroll bar pada sebuah textField. Dimana scriptnya sifatnya bisa fleksible terhadap ukuran textField target. Misal kalaupun ukuran textField anda rubah scroll bar tetap bisa berjalan baik tanpa merubah script. Jadi bisa juga dikembangkan sbg sebuah component. Sourcenya dapat anda download disini.
